Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom bracelet orders may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated completion times will be provided during the ordering process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

True Life Bracelets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

True Life Bracelets is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather-related delivery interruptions

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Additional fees imposed by their country

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
