At True Life Bracelets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
7-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order number
Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom or personalized bracelets
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as True Life Bracelets is not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return an item within the 7-day return period and place a new order.
